Justin, IMO the problem is that shoal dependancy overwrites proper
Grizzly 2.0 modules with old 1.9.x modules.
Please try manually overwrite
glassfish3/glassfish/modules/grizzly-framework.jar,
glassfish3/glassfish/modules/grizzly-utils.jar

with proper Grizzly 2.0 modules.
