Hi all,

For those new modules that haven't implemented upgrade yet, I'd like
to remind everyone that MS4 is the target date for completing this
task. Please see the wiki for information on how to implement your
section of upgrade:

For module owners that completed their upgrade work in the 3.0
release, I'd like to remind you that you should be logging the changes
you make in the domain config as you make them. This can be very
helpful to the end user after an upgrade.
