I've been plagued for weeks now on a couple of different hudson jobs
with tests failing because the server fails to restart midstream. I'm
seeing the same problems locally when I run the full suite of web
devtests. Looking into my domain.xml, i see *46* entries for
monitoring-service. Something tells that can't be right. Anyone know
what that story is?
