Do we have up-to-date instructions on how to modify GlassFish samples?
GF samples web page https://glassfish-samples.dev.java.net/ points to [1] for
"Java EE 6 Sample Applications Development Process", but the link doesn't exist
any more.
If I do cvs update from my glassfish-samples directory, it fails with "cannot
open directory /cvs/glassfish-samples: No such file or directory"
