I added the message as a fix for 11909.
That's not the problem. The problem is in list-domains. It is all
wrong as the Kedar-comment
explains. You should not be using a launcher to get info on running
domains. Square hole. Round peg. You are running code that thinks it
is going to launch a GF server and tricking it into getting status on
running servers.
