Based on the feedback in the eng meeting today I have updated the
Reviewer's Guidelines:

To Ed's comment regarding using something like Google Wave. I think we
should investigate our options. There is likely better technology
out there that we should be using. Before we write new one-pagers for
our next release we should decide what technology we will use.
