we're receiving rants from users about disappeared maven plugins:

The jaxb2 plugin has disappeared from the repo.
group id: org.jvnet.jaxb2.maven2
artifact id: maven-jaxb2-plugin
http://download.java.net/maven/2/org/jvnet/
only contains jaxb2_commons now.
