Yep, you have to remove that to continue, but I wouldn't recommend it
yet (no point duplicating effort). I'm in the process of figuring out
the gaps now in the upgrade service -- in other words, what you'd have
to manually change in domain.xml to start up with a v2 domain. I
should have the list ready today, or at least a big start on it. So
far the changes I've come across are trivial.
I'll let you know when I have more info.
