They look ok to me.
Are you calling StatsProviderManager.register with your
ThreadPoolStatsProvider? Can you check that it's called?
StatsProviderManager.register("jsp-container", PluginPoint.SERVER,
"applications/app1/jsp1", new JspStatsProvider());
