Domain gets created successfully with that command:
Domain domain1 created.
Command create-domain executed successfully.
Not sure what's going wrong here. mvn reported build was a success. I
remember we had once faced issue like this which happened when I had
left a glassfish instance running, but that's not the case this time. I
am at svn rev #29461.
