So I have to decide between having a single landing page for "here's
where you need to look to find out more about the status of each
externally contributed technology", linked from Carla's suggestion, or
put links to each technology on the page suggested by Kedar.
I think I'll choose the former. I've created a new H1 entry on the page
suggested by Carla. Within that section, I've added a link to [1]. On
[1], I've put placeholders for JSRs 303, 299, 330, and 317. Ed Burns,
Roger Kitain, TBA, and Mitesh Meswani are responsible for updating the
pages for those JSRs, respectively.
