The way this is handled in IPS enabled zip distribution is that archive
contains one additional top level directory, i.e. there are:
glassfishv3/glassfish
glassfishv3/mq
glassfishv3/.org.opensolaris,pkg
So, creating similar structure for developer build would certainly be
an option.
