Am I the only one seeing *drastic* speed issues with java.net. I'm
trying to build the v3 trunk with an empty maven repo. So far, the
build has been running for 2 hours, 6 minutes, which is much, much
longer than it usually takes, even with an empty M2 repo (~40 minutes
last time I tried this). I see lines like this a LOT:

Downloading: https://maven-repository.dev.java.net/nonav/repository/com.sun.pkg/poms/pkg-client-1.0.7-15.1269.pom

and I get plenty of time to read each and every one. :(
