Does anyone see this? I made config changes with asadmin set command and
a deploy. Upon restart I don't see my changes in domain.xml (also get
and list-components command returns old values). I do see the
application bits in the domains/domain1/application directory though, no
entries in domain.xml.
I start the domain with java -jar glassfish.jar and Ctrl-C to stop.
