Arun,

proxy message is misleading - some of repositories are not accessible
anymore since we had to change server names since b28 got promoted so
configuration is out of sync.

To workaround you can pick up updated config file which is attached to
this issue:

https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=6509

and then rerun updatetool script. Bootstrap should go through as per
usual...
