we have stopped writing default values to the domain.xml so what you are
seeing is normal behavior.
the default values are present on the configuration object you use at
runtime so it's immaterial to the user/code using configbeans, AMX,
Console or asadmin get/set that these values are not written to the
domain.xml but come from a default-value annotation.
