Sorry -- in my earlier response I was ignoring the actual command you
were calling, start-domain, which does not even allow a port option and
is a local command.
It is working just like V2 currently though we'd like to improve things
in V3
V2:
D:\as\bin>.\asadmin -p 3000 start-domain
CLI001 Invalid Command, -p.
