Hi All

due to some glitches in hudson publishing to the maven repo (I assumed
it was doing automatically but it is not, will be fixed tomorrow), you
need to build trunk/api directory first and then you can build tp2
branch, this will fix the missing module dependency failure while
building the web distribution.
