Ok the bulb is finally blue so it seems that the build issues are
under control.
I have changed javaee.jar version from 5.0 to 5.0-SNAPSHOT, that
should help with some of the failures we have seen in the past. I will
also have to reorganize some pom elements between v3 and v3/api to
avoid circular dependencies.
