Kedar,
java.net mvn repo seems to be used for GlassFish V2, which is also added
in v3 pom.xml repositories list.
https://maven-repository.dev.java.net/
For V3, we will not be publishing into above repository, but to maven
public repository: http://www.mvnrepository.com
We can specify that for info, but these instructions are to publish into
mvn repo.
