I am sorry that this problem is on-going.
The problem you are experiencing with Issue Tracker has
tracked back to the same module as the one implicated in
the intermittent CVS commits.
We are working on both. They very likely share the
same root cause. I will try to keep you posted. These
are high impact problems when it comes to productivity.
Our team is working very hard to resolve these as quickly
as possible.

I'm still having problems today. It works, then it fails with "user
not authorized". The if I logout and login again it's OK.
It's especially annoying to type in several paragraphs of stuff, then
lose it all if one doesn't make sure to hit the "back" button.
