You will also need to sign the SCA to share copyright with Sun (for
multiple reasons, includinng the need to redistribute the Java EE RI
under a difference license to the Java EE licensees).
You may want to check with your manager before signing an SCA. Many
companies, including IBM, tend to have their own, well-defined process,
before signing agreements like this.
