I have checked in the fix for this issue.
For promoted *build b26*: If you are creating single instance domain
(PE) by running "ant -f setup.xml" then update this file from
glassfish/bootstrap and copy into glassfish after running java command,
and then run "ant" command.
This fix will be there in tomorrow's nightly build and next promoted build.
