Could this be related to an issue I'm seeing? When I check out and build
the app server (domain created with "maven configure-runtime"), I can't
add the server to NB 5.5 with this behavior:
I go to Server Manager and try to add the server, giving
"D:\work\ws\publish\glassfish" as the platform location. No domains show
up in the drop down menu under "Register Local Default Domain."
If I choose "Register Local Domain" instead, click Next, and give it
"D:\work\ws\publish\glassfish\domains\domain1" as the domain it says
"Platform/Domain mismatch" in the wizard and I can't continue.
