(1) There is a bug in the getting started document:

Actually maven will not create /workspace/appserv-tests, but
/workspace/glassfish/appserv-tests.
To not confuse beginners, this should be corrected.
(2) The document is unclear where ${glassfish.home}/bin is
Actually the document should not use ${glasfish.home} but instead tell
the actual path maven has created: /workspace/publish/glassfish/bin.
Anything else confuses beginners, so this should be corrected.
