I gave a WSIT presentation to the aquarium today. A question came up that I
think you could more fully answer:

When configuring the client side of WSIT-enabled (i.e., using one or more WSIT
features) service, how much does a developer need to know about the server side?

Example:

Say that the service uses reliable messaging (RM).

In NetBeans, when configuring the client side, are RM options shown ONLY if the
service uses RM?
