Activation and Mail fail when I try to build them on OS X 10.4.5 and
Java 1.5. There is no documentation in the distribution that I can
find with build instructions. This does not feel like a polished
product at all.
First I try activation:
> [orthos:~/ExternalVersionControl/glassfish] jesse% cd activation/
> [orthos:~/ExternalVersionControl/glassfish/activation] jesse% ant
> Buildfile: build.xml

I eventually solved the problem by reading the error message a little
bit more closely and creating a publish/glassfish/lib directory
manually. Why is this necessary?
