The term "New and Noteworthy" is used by Eclipse and NetBeans (and
probably others) to highlight new features for a release. This one is
for GF V2 Milestone 1. The intention is to encourage people to go
download and try out M1.
This is very different to the Tech Tips, articles, etc.
I collected the list of features from from CVS-News, the list of
committed features, plus blogs that other people had been writing. The
links are to TA blog entries because that is the role of TA, to
highlight features...
