Hi,

I have checked in the changes from GF_NEXT_BRANCH to build GlassFish
from Ant only, all the targets/goals from Maven build system work on Ant
build from top-level glassfish/bootstrap module. This will be better for
Netbeans IDE support..

Please let me know if you have any issues.
