I agree it's an implementation detail, but it's still in binary form.
What if developers
wanted to see the sources of this implementation detail? We don't make
the sources
of the renamed packages publicly available, but they're essentially
identical to the sources
available @Apache (except for the renaming aspect).

Should the various commons packages in the table be linked to their
counterparts
@Apache, and we mention the fact that we've renamed them in the comment
field?
