Strange.
Please follower these steps.
Delete the .cvspass in your home directory.
Make sure you have the correct password by try logging onto java.net
website.
Try cvs login using the following command :
|cvs -d :pserver:your_javanet_id_at_cvs.dev.java.net:/cvs login
Send me an email if you still have issues.
