Hacked in a copy of copy from Fileutils
Added code to restart-domain that will now copy the logfile of the special "password" domain logfile to aid debugging.

The tests ALWAYS pass on Windows in my environment and frequently fail ONLY on Hudson.
this should help with the diagnosis.
