Guess what happens if you run Admin DevTests when AS_DEBUG is set to true?
Correct! Bad Things. And you will waste your time investigating it.
That's why I added a new test class, Assumptions.java.
This is the very first test that gets run. It currently has one test --
if AS_DEBUG is true -- it fails.
I wanted it to force the tests to stop -- but we have no way of doing
that (an exercise for someone -- signal ant to stop running the rest of
the tests).
It prints out a clearly explained failure about AS_DEBUG so you can
quickly solve the problem.
Add any assumptions about the environment or whatever in this class...
