Setting the monitoring levels can be painful. I created & checked-in a
Windows Script
setmon [level, default is HIGH] [target, default is DAS]
It is not that smart. If your target is NOT DAS then you have to
specify the level because it uses the second arg as the target.
setmon (sets all levels to HIGH for DAS)
setmon OFF (sets to OFF for DAS)
setmon OFF server (same as above, server is the default)
setmon LOW cluster1 (sets all levels to LOW for cluster1)
