"Delete" now..
OK -- Did you ever make some changes in the source code, run clean and
build and run the tests and think "Hmmm. This is weird. Did it really
pick up my changes?'
Well -- there was an excellent chance that you were right. The "clean"
target most definitely did NOT delete any class files!
Now it does.
