Right now, yes, it's always up, but, as I said, we're still trying to
figure out how best to tweak the behavior. Removing it altogether makes
possible GUI (user) errors, which is what drove the change, so I don't
think that's a valid long-term option. That change will probably happen
in MS8, unless I either get my MS7 issues done quickly or someone else
on the console wants to help out with the JS. I am currently the JS
choke point on the console. :)
