A bug
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=12742
describes two cases when list-clusters command shows an incorrect
status of the cluster, i.e. partially running, when all instances of
that cluster were running or stopped. But it happened only if there
are two clusters or more.
