I just updated the startup synchronization code that reads das.properties
to handle a das.properties file from a V2 installation.

If the das.properties uses the V2 standard protocol and port, the V3
defaults will be used.

Otherwise, if possible, the user is prompted for the correct admin port.

In any event, the das.properties file is rewritten with the updated
values.
