We should print the port numbers chosen for the instance when it is
created, just like we do for the DAS with create-domain. And --terse
should suppress it, just like with create-domain.

Also, it might be nice if "list-http-listeners --verbose instance1"
would display the port numbers for the http listeners on instance1.
