Hi all,

Is there a plan to add a create-cluster server event that the gms
bootstrap code could listen for? Something like the server lifecycle
events we already have (e.g. EventTypes.SERVER_READY)?

Currently the gms bootstrap code can only run at startup, so after
creating a cluster a user needs to restart the server to enable gms.
