The specific test that uses the REST interface is in ClusterTest.java in
the testEndToEndDemo method. Within that test, there are some getURL
calls to "/management/domain..." URLs which are using the REST API to
test the configuration of instances.
There isn't anything really special about the test; it just fetches the
URL from the server and looks for some strings in the output.
There is a hudson job that runs these tests:
