Hello. Jennifer

Thank you for uploading the draft.

Are the default port numbers defined as system properties
suitable?

in v2.1, because of using ephemeral port numbers,
these ports sometime confulict with other applications
or internal services in GlassFish(like admin channel)
that using ephemeral ports.

so we have customized the default ports as bellow.

HTTP_LISTENER_PORT 28090
IIOP_LISTENER_PORT 23700
IIOP_SSL_LISTENER_PORT 23820
IIOP_SSL_MUTUALAUTH_PORT 23920
JMX_SYSTEM_CONNECTOR_PORT 28686

JMS_PROVIDER_PORT,HTTP_SSL_LISTENER_PORT
are not customized because we do not use.

Ephemeral port range:
Windows 1024~5000
Windows Vista 49152~65535
Solaris 32768~65535
Linux kernel 2.2 1024~4999
Linux kernel 2.4 32768~61000
-->Current default may confilict
in Solaris and Linux kernel 2.4.
