create-domain man page changes

Sankar, Vince,
I made your changes, including adding the new property
osgi.shell.telnet.port.

*Vince:* take a close look at the fixes for Felix, since this is all new
material. I looked at Sahoo's blog and successfully tried the telnet
command. Please let me know if anything else is needed.
