I still haven't received the following crucial reviews:
* Prashanth on Monitoring chapter
* Kedar on Jconsole for Monitoring chapter
* Carla on Logging chapter
This material has not been reviewed for Prelude, at all, and either is
completely new or is leftover from GFv2. I asked for your feedback last
week, but I see nothing on the comments wiki but Jennifer's comments
from 9/12. Unless there is a markup on my chair at the office, I have
received nothing.

The rest of the manual needs review as well, but at least the other
chapters apply to Prelude and are not misleading to the community.
