    I hope this gets documented somewhere.

3- I added an optional option --keytooloptions which respects a single property
    named "CN" that decides the common name of the certificate that create-domain
    generates. By default common name is the host name of the machine (if that
    can't be derived, it falls back to "localhost"). See bug: 5722.
