Sorry I wasn't clear. We have old AMX interfaces WebModuleConfig,
EJBModuleConfig, etc. AFAIK, these are never used now, all being
supplanted by ApplicationConfig (<application>) (not to be confused
with ApplicationConfigConfig (<application-config>)).
