Hi everyone-
I apologize for not calling into the meeting earlier today, I haven't
been feeling well the last couple of days. I have some questions
about the UI from the help angle, and would appreciate it if someone
could go through these and comment.
1) Configuration node -> HTTP Service node -> HTTP Protocol tab
I don't understand the difference between Forced Type and Default
Type, and the help isn't being much help, so I would like to fix
that. Can someone explain the two options to me? Also, what is the
significance of the content-type, encoding, language, and charset
values in step 8 if not all of them are used in default type value?
Are these replaceable values, or just descriptive?
2) Configuration node -> HTTP Service node -> HTTP File Cache tab
- Globally Enabled: what happens this box is deselected? Is caching
disabled globally? Can it be enabled less than globally from a
different page, or does deselecting the box mean no file caching at all?
3) Configuration node -> HTTP Service node -> HTTP Listeners node -> New
- The help says regarding the Security Enabled checkbox: "In the
Cluster and Enterprise profiles, check the Security checkbox if you
want to create a listener that is secure." It was my understanding
that profiles were not available under Prelude, or maybe it's just
clusters? Is this option relevant for Prelude, and if so does the
description above need to be altered in any way to reflect what's
available in Prelude accurately?
Thanks in advance,
Olga.
