More coming. I'm incorporating some ideas from your slide.
Perhaps we should have a version in domain.xml. But by definition
that version would cover only gross structural aspects; any individual
@Configured should have its own version.
I found jline. I would like to try it out soon, make jmxcmd (mc/mx)
use it. One holdup: I can't find a maven repository with
jmxremote_optional.
Do you really think a jmx cli is unuable? It's much faster than
asadmin for many operations IMO; it's actually simpler and easier to
do many things, both in terms of typing and mental effort.
