trying to use the same logic for the native library fails

asadmin> set server.java-config.native-library-path-prefix = c:/testcli

ERROR (server.java-config.native-library-path-prefix): Dotted-name must
have at least one part ()
ERROR (=): No value name specified = c:/testcli
ERROR (c:/testcli): Illegal to specify null as an attribute value
