For now at least, I have asked the App Server doc team to use the repository at
the following location for AS 9.1 review drafts:

        http://swpubs.sfbay/writing/appserver/as9.1/reviewdrafts/

This repository contains the subdirectories alpha, beta, and final to reflect
the different stages of the conventional doc development process.

Please note that this repository is accessible only from with Sun. It is not
accessible to Glassfish community members outside Sun. This solution might be
only temporary if we start posting our AS 9.1 docs regularly on the glassfish wiki.
